IV. Presentation

The remaining candidates are first presented to our client in a confidential written report  containing all the essential information needed by our client to prepare for his interviews with the candidates. Candidates who have are rejected at this stage will be immediately informed of this by us, either directly at the end of the interview, or subsequently if their application is turned down by our client after the presentation of the candidates’ files.  Whatever decision is taken concerning them, we take care to ensure that each candidate is systematically informed of the outcome of his/her application as soon as possible.

Once our client has approved our shortlist (i.e. the candidates remaining after their application files have been examined) we organize a face-to-face interview) at a time to everyone’s convenience.
